Rio Rancho Public Schools provides a variety of summer school, summer camp and summer activities options. This page contains details about summer options for the summer of 2021.

This program is designed to provide structured and intensive remedial instruction in English Language Arts and Math. Student registration is by teacher recommendation only. Instruction will follow best practices for interventions, including: explicit instruction, frequent, systematic, intense, small group, and independent practice.

Independence High School offers summer school classes for current and incoming Independence High School students only. IHS students wishing to enroll should contact the school at 505-388-4658.

Young people of all ages from kindergarten through high school are invited to participate in summer athletic camps conducted by our Cleveland High and Rio Rancho High coaches.
