Document Management

Procedures are in place to document, electronically log, and securely store any and all documents that schools and departments must keep to meet the State retention mandates. These documents would include such things as student and staff records, written communications, financial files, and administrative documentation. Document Management is responsible for processing both documents that need to be stored as well as documents that are eligible to be shredded and destroyed under state guidelines.  More information may be found here.
