RESOURCE HOTLINE: Those who need to be connected to resources (food, baby formula, medical care, behavioral health services, etc.) may call the Rio Rancho Public Schools District Office hotline: (505) 896-0667 (Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m.-3 p.m.) Our team will do what we can to connect you to resources and/or put out a call for assistance for you on our social media and with our partners.

The State of New Mexico has provided hotline numbers to answer New Mexicans' questions:

  • What can I do while the stay-at-home order is in place? The state has provided answers to stay-at-home frequently-asked questions here!
