he Capital Improvements Mill Levy Election will be held Tuesday, February 6, 2018.  The polls will be open from 7 AM - 7 PM.  Registered voters in Rio Rancho may cast their ballots on that day at any of five "convenience centers" located throughout Rio Rancho (to find a location near you, click on the red pins on the map):

Voters wishing to cast ballots before Election Day may do so at either of two locations (click on the purple pins on the map):

Sandoval County Bureau of Elections (County Clerk's Office)
1500 Idalia Rd. NE, Building D (near NM 528 and Idalia)
Open 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday-Friday from Friday, January 12 through Friday, February 2
Loma Colorado Main Library

Open 9 AM - 6 PM, Tuesday-Saturday from Wednesday, January 17 through Saturday, February 3

Absentee Ballots:

Voters wishing to vote absentee by mail may request a ballot by phone or via mail from the Sandoval County Bureau of Elections any time between Friday, January 12 and Friday, February 2. Absentee ballots must be returned to and received by the Bureau of Elections no later than 7 PM on Election Day, February 2.  They can be mailed (postage is $1.15) or returned in person to this address:
