Rio Rancho Public Schools

Cynthia Rodriguez, a math teacher at Rio Rancho Middle School, was named a 2022 Golden Apple Excellence in Teaching Award Winner! Each year, the Golden Apple Foundation selects up to seven teachers from across the state who demonstrate classroom excellence, professional commitment, and a desire to elevate education in New Mexico. Those nominated undergo a rigorous selection process that includes a full day evaluation visit and interviews with representatives from the school community.
