Title IX Compliance Policy Statement
In compliance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, the District does not discriminate on the basis of sex in the educational programs and activities which it operates, including employment, admissions, recruitment, referrals, and collective bargaining. If an employee or student believes that he or she has been discriminated against in violation of Title IX, please reference the District’s Title IX/Section 504 Grievance Procedures which are available through the link below, in every school site administrative office, and are included in student handbooks.

En cumplimiento con el Título IX de las Enmiendas de Educación de 1972, el Distrito no discrimina por razón de sexo en los programas educativos y actividades en las que opera, incluyendo empleo, admisiones, reclutamiento, referencias y negociación colectiva. Si un empleado o estudiante cree que él o ella ha sido víctima de discriminación en violación del Título IX, por favor consulte los Procedimientos de Quejas del Titulo IX/Sección 504 del Distrito que están disponibles en el sitio web del Distrito, en las oficinas administrativas de todas las escuelas, e incluyendo en los manuales del estudiante.
