The P.T.S.A. board would like to say: THANK YOU students, parents, and staff! This year has been a lot of fun, and we have accomplished so much! We have also grown and learned a lot. We have a lot of great plans for next year – all with the goal of making M.L.K, Jr. Elementary better and better for our children. Everyone knows we couldn’t do it without your help and support. So, once again – THANK YOU!!!!
 
THANKS! To Sheila Barbour, and to everyone else who helped, for making a lot of Moms and other people happy with the Mother’s Day Plant Sales. Sheila has been a continuous positive and supportive influence at M.L.K. for a long time – and she has really helped the PTSA a lot this year! We would also like to thank Rio Rancho Garden Center for supplying the plants at a price that allows us to pass them on to the students at such a great price. If you enjoyed getting your Mother’s Day Plant – please stop in the Garden Center and say “thanks”.
 
SPECIAL THANKS! – to Denise Jimenez, and everyone who helped her, for her hard work
organizing and facilitating “The Beach Water Park” ticket sales this year. Denise is also a very special, hard working, member of the PTSA – and we love her bunches! We hope you all got your tickets and have a fun trip to the Beach over the summer.
