The high school pre-season soccer camp for 8th-12th graders will be July 28th-August 1st from 9:00-11:30 am at Rio Rancho High School.

Meet Our Head Coach
Coach Uwe Balzis
Coach Balzis' capped his llth years at the help of the Lady Ram program by leading his team to the NM Class 5A State Championship. Balzis was also honored as the 2007 NM Class 5A "Coach of the Year."
During his fifteen years as a head coach, Coach Balzis has a National A-license in the sport of soccer as well as numerous other endorsements earned over his fifteen year coaching career.
He is assisted at the varsity level by fourth year coach and former Cibola High School soccer standout, Melissa Gonzales.
CLASS 5A STATE CHAMPIONS!!
The 2007 New Mexico State Soccer Championship crowned the Rio Rancho Rams as Class 5A Champions. The RAMS were 21-3 overall on the season and 8-1 in district 1-5A. The RAMS claimed their first 5A state championship in school history.
The RAMS faced the Las Cruces Bulldawgs in Semifinal action, defeating them in OT 1-0.
In the State Finals match the RAMS faced the Sandia Matadors in a marathon 4OT match that saw Rio Rancho overcome a 3-0 deficit to win 4-2 in a PK shootout.
