The Rio Rams baseball program starts out season 3-0 . They won the first game 19-7 over Del Valle from El Paso Texas. Cameron Fafard got the win on the mound with graet hitting support behind him..Chris Wallis , Micah Martinez, david Waid , Anthony Haase and Bryer Mueller all had multiple hits this game. In game two the Rams beat a tough Hobbs Team 8-5. Alex Wehner got the win on the mound and had great hitting behind him. The big hit of the game was a two-run double by Dominc Manno . Anthony Haase got the first home Run of the season by the Rams. This game also highlighted the 300th career win by head coach Ron Murphy.

In Game three for the championship the Rams beat St. Pius of Albuquerque. The final score was 14-0 and the win went to Anthony Haase throwing a one hitter ! This was the second year in a row the Rams won the Clovis tournament.

The Rams had 3 players honored by Clovis on the all-tournament team. Chris wallis and Dominic Manno were name to the team and Anthony Haase was tournament MVP..
