Curricular Focus:
This year will be a very important year for your students. They need to attain very important skills before going on to ninth grade. Your students will be working very hard and will have homework in all of their classes almost every night. This year I will be supporting your students in many different capacities. Supporting students, in small groups, and teachers will be my objective this year.

Every week I will be offering lunch tutoring.  The students may bring a sack lunch and spend the whole time with me, or they may pick up their missing work, take it home, and then bring it back finished.  On Tuesdays lunch--English, Wednesday lunch-Social Studies, Thursday lunch--Math, and on Friday lunch--Science. I am offering this tutoring time, but since they should be getting ready for ninth grade, it is up to them to attend.

When students are absent from school, we will ask them to come in during RA time to collect their missing work.  This does not pertain to students who are at school, but make a choice not to turn in their work.
