PowerSchool Parent Portal is now up!

PowerSchool

What is PowerSchool?

PowerSchool is an online application that is closely tied to student grades and attendance.

  • Safe access to your child’s grades and attendance.
  • Current information for staying on top of academic and attendance concerns.
  • Updated as front offices and teachers enter attendance and grade book information!

How do I get access?

To gain access to your student's PowerSchool account (automatically created), simply visit your child's school (7:30-3:30 on school/in-service days) with a photo ID to pick up your User ID and Password (RRHS, CHS, LMS, ERMS, MVMS, RRMS and IHS only).

You can access the PowerSchool website from any computer with secure online access (i.e., the public library, your local senior center, etc.).

  • For the protection of your child’s data, NEVER share your child's user ID or password
  • Be SURE to close the PowerSchool site if you are leaving the computer even for what you think may be a ‘split second’

IF you have children at more than one of these schools, you can pick up the User ID and Password for all of your children at the same time, at any of the schools listed above.

What is the web site address where I log in?

http://powerschool.rrps.net/public

How do I find out more information?

Please visit:  http://www.rrps.net/Achievement/Instruction/PowerSchool.htm

Cell Phones

In this day and age, we realize that many of our students need to carry a cell phone with them to school. This is allowed, however, it is ERMS policy that all electronic devices must be turned off during the school day and kept in their lockers. If a student needs to use the phone, they may use a teacher's classroom phone. If you need to get a message to your student, you should call the front office and the message will be delivered to your student in a timely manner. Please help us to enforce this expectation.

Bus Transportation

The phone number printed in your student's agenda for transportation issues has been changed. The new number is 338-0078. Please use this number for any questions or concerns regarding the bus.
