Grading Policy

Your child’s progress is documented through grades on assignments, tests/quizzes, and projects throughout the school year. Eagle Ridge’s common grading scale is as follows:

            A          90 - 100

            B          80 - 89

            C          70 - 79

            D          60 - 69

            F          0 – 59

Proficiency is defined as a minimum of 70% average.

Communication

Your child will receive progress reports EVERY OTHER WEEK in EVERY CORE CLASS, beginning with the third week of every quarter. These will be collected in homeroom, stapled as a packet, and sent home with your student EVERY OTHER FRIDAY. Please look for progress reports and discuss them with your student.
