School Volunteers

     In order to insure the safety of all students, RRPS has a new procedure for volunteers in the schools.  If you plan to help in the classroom or school and/or chaperone field trips, you must complete the volunteer form and meet with the Principal.  Ms. Gaarden will be available to sign forms each day from 9:00-9:15 or you may make an appointment for another time.  The signed form must then be delivered to the District Office (see application for details and items needed).  The District Office said it will only take 10 minutes to drop off the form but it would be a good idea to call ahead 896-0667.

Student Absences

If your child will not be attending school, please remember to call the office, by 9 am. Leave the child's name, teacher and the reason for the absence.  The attendance line is 994-0229 ext 1.

 

Keeping the Student Information system and contact information updated is very important!

 

Green Efforts at Our School

• Green Team collects paper, cardboard, cans and water bottles from the school, led by Mrs. Owen.  Click the recycle logo to readmore about Green Team!
• Recycle ink, toner, and/or cell phones by dropping them off in the designated box outside the main office.
• Plastic shopping bags will continue to be collected in in the designated box outside the main office but are no longer a fundraiser for our school.  Please recycle at home.
