EHE's voicemail system was damaged during an electrical storm. Until the system is replaced, if you call EHE and the phone is not answered, you will not be able to leave a voicemail. RRPS is working diligently to resolve this issue.  In the meantime, we thank you for your patience!

 

Spirit Day Fridays!

Let's celebrate our schools! On Fridays only, students may wear shirts that support any of our feeder schools including Cleveland High School and both Rio Rancho and Mountain View Middle Schools. 
** Every day is an EHE spirit day! EHE spirit shirts may be worn throughout the week!**

 

Join Mustang Chorale and Recorder Karate

EHE's after-school show choir will begin September 13 and is open to all 2nd through 5th graders. 
Enrollment will be limited to 50 students. 

Recorder Karate is coming soon for 4th and 5th graders!  Students may be a part of this fun group on Tuesdays during
afternoon recess.  Students will learn to play the recorder and test playing skills to get “karate belts  to tie onto their recorders.

Field Trip Chaperones and Volunteers

All EHE volunteers are required by district policy to complete a volunteer form and go through a screening process.  This process must be completed two weeks prior to the volunteer work taking place. 
Thank you for your understanding as we continue to ensure student safety. Our school would not be as successful without the dedication of our many amazing volunteers.  Volunteer forms must be submitted to the RRPS district office by appointment only!*

Inclement Weather

When the weather is poor, the RRPS Website and our local news channels will have the most current information regarding school closures and delays. EHE's abbreviated schedule is 11:00am-4:00pm, even on Wednesdays. If severe weather conditions materialize during the school day, an early dismissal will be announced by approximately 11:30 am via web, radio and TV.

EHE earns money for used cell phones, toner & ink cartridges, IPods & MP3 players, hand held gaming devices, digital cameras and digital video cameras.

Funds raised have already helped purchase various technology products for our classrooms! Please drop off your donations in the blue labeled tub in the EHE foyer next to the library windows.Money

Krispy Kreme Cards

Krispy Kreme doughnut cards are for sale in the office.  The cost per card is $12.00. One card entitles customers to a free dozen original glazed doughnuts with the purchase of any dozen.  Each card is valid for ten free dozen doughnuts.
