Welcome to another school year. I hope that you all had a pleasant and relaxing summer break. Before we left for the break, I spoke to all the students within the Bilingual classes to get an understanding what they thought of the program and ways to improve the learning process. The children had a lot to say and were overall pleased with their progress. They were very excited to continue with the program and offered many suggestions on how to improve the program. These suggestion included more culturally related projects, cooking and food tastings, arts and crafts, field trips to presentations that are bilingual, movies and videos in Spanish and more cultural celebrations.

To begin this year we will be studing our school and the things with in it. The students will be learning the Spanish names of all the things within the classroom and their usage. From there we will be taking a tour of the school where they will be expected to learn the names of all the different parts and the titles of the main personel  of the school.  We will be using inter active smart board lessons, classroom bingo, and other activities that will help them learn this vocabulary. As an end project the students will participate in a school wide scavenger hunt where they will locate various places and things. We will then learn how to weave a sarape book marker.

Recepción a otro año escolar. Espero que usted tuviera todo una rotura de verano agradable y de relajación. Antes de que nos fuéramos para la rotura, hablé a todos los estudiantes dentro de las clases bilingües para conseguir una comprensión qué pensaron en el programa y las maneras para mejorar el proceso de aprendizaje. Los niños tenían mucho para decir y cabalmente estuvieron satisfechos con su progreso. Eran muy emocionada a continuar con el programa y ofrecieron muchas sugerencias en cómo mejorar el programa. Este la sugerencia incluyó proyectos más cultural relacionados, las pruebas el cocinar y del alimento, los artes, los disparos al campo para presentaciones que son bilingües, películas y los vídeos en español y más celebraciones culturales.

Para comenzar este año vamos a estudar nuestra escuela y las cosas en ella. Los estudiantes aprenderán los nombres españoles de todas las cosas dentro de la sala de clase y de su uso. Tomaremos un viaje de la escuela en donde los estudiantes pueden aprender los nombres de todas las piezas diferentes y los títulos de la cañería personal de la escuela. Utilizaremos lecciones elegantes activas interes del tablero, bingo de la sala de clase, y otras actividades que les ayuden a aprender este vocabulario. Para un proyecto del final los estudiantes participará en una caza de limpiador amplia de la escuela donde establecerán varios lugares y cosas. Entonces aprenderemos cómo tejer un marcador de libro del sarape.
