Welcome to Mrs. Miller's First Grade Class!

Since there will only be two school days next week, we will not be

doing Spelling or having homework. I will be collecting the reading

books and keeping them here at school over the Thanksgiving holiday.

I will give the reading books back the Monday after Thanksgiving. You

may still encourage your child to read their own books during the

holiday, though!

  • November 17: Thanksgiving Lunch-12:05
  • November 23: Turkey Bingo-6:00 p.m.
  • November 25-27: Thanksgiving Holiday
  • December 1: 3rd Grade Music Night (1/2 of students)
  • December 2: 3rd Grade Music Night (other 1/2 of students)
  • December 4: Donuts for Dad-7:00-8:00 a.m.
  • December 10: Raven Rhapsody Performance-6:00 p.m. in Gym
  • December 21-January 4: Winter Break
  • January 5: First day back for students

Thank you to everyone who participated in the Cielo Azul Elementary Book Fair! It was a great success and many children were able to add books to their home library! Books are wonderful and fun! Thank you for your continued support of your child's reading success!

Monday. Please refer to this sheet
