Full Time Students:
Blended Students:
Please note that we are unable to guarantee automatic enrollment for “Blended” requests. The student requesting to take one course must first acquire an “Off Campus Agreement” from his/her councilor at the home school where they attend the majority of classes. This form must be submitted with our “Pre-Enrollment” request. We will then enroll a blended student only if and when the requested course is available AFTER all Full-Time students’ requests for that course have been satisfied.
To take a course as a blended student at RRCA you must:
- Be enrolled in your home school and be in grades 7-12.
- Request an Off Campus Agreement from your counselor or teacher at your home school.
Call RRCA at 892-7222 to determine course availability and prerequisite requirements.
New Student Registration Documents
After you have been accepted to RRCA, the following documents are required to be returned to the school as soon as possible:
- Student’s immunization record
- Original birth certificate or certified copy – Proof of Guardianship (if the student is living with someone other than his/her parent/guardian, a notarized power of attorney from the parent/guardian is required.)
- Proof of residence that shows parent/guardian name and address (utility bill, lease agreement, purchase agreement). If a student is living with another family, the hosting family must submit a notarized letter stating that they are the primary residence of the student, and a document showing proof of residence (address) must be provided.
- Copy of student’s transcript or latest report card
- 504 or Individualized Education Plan (IEP) if applicable.
