A Board of Education Scholarship Fund is hereby created. The superintendent shall cause to be deposited in the fund quarterly for each board member's attendance at each regular board meeting the amount of ten dollars ($10.00), effective July, 1994.

Board of Education scholarships shall be awarded annually to graduating seniors of Rio Rancho High School.

The superintendent and board president are authorized to develop a procedure agreeable to the board for evaluation and selection of scholarship recipients.
