The agenda for board meetings will customarily proceed in the order herein given.  However, the order of business at any meeting may be changed by a majority of the quorum present.  Any item in  an Agenda  may be considered separately at the request of a board member during Approval of Agenda.  Members of the board desiring to place an item on the agenda shall notify the board president or superintendent and provide any materials needed for the board packet in a timely fashion.

Those desiring to comment on an action item on this agenda must indicate such on the Public Participation Forum Sign-Up Sheet prior to the start of the board meeting.  Persons wishing to address the Board on other than action items must indicate such on the Public Forum Sign-Up Sheet prior to the start of the board meeting.  No personal attacks, reference to employees,  or  personnel issues permitted. Since no action can be taken by the Board at this meeting, you item may be placed on a future agenda for further consideration.  Please state your name, community or organization you represent, and the item you wish to place before the Board.
