• Interested offerors should pay special attention to the scheduled pre-proposal conference portion in each of the requests.
• Submitted proposals/bid shall not be publicly opened with the exception of construction.
• Proposals/Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the proposal/bid number and deadline date clearly indicated on the bottom left hand side of the front of the envelope. The contents of any proposal/bid shall not be disclosed during any negotiations that may occur.
• All proposals/bids shall be valid until contract is awarded. Proposals/bids will be made public after award has been announced.

Rio Rancho Public Schools is selling surplus inventory through an Internet auction site, www.publicsurplus.com. This auction will consist of an astronomy dome. Please visit the Public Surplus website for more information.
