The graph to the right indicates the percentage of responses
we received each year to our Satisfaction Survey. Scores
between 1 and 10 (best) were entered and tallied. Results
indicate that the percentage of folks scoring their satisfaction
with our services as 4 or less has been decreasing since
1997, while those scoring us with a 6 or higher has been
increasing.
We consider this to be a positive trend in customer satisfaction,
and work daily to keep this trend going! |
