All associates start out as
substitutes. This gives the candidate and opportunity to work
in a variety of positions and campuses. As permanent positions
become available candidates have the opportunity to apply.
Final decisions for permanent positions are made with the
site manager and Food service director. Pay rates are adjusted
based on experience and position.
Applicants have the opportunity
to remain substitutes, this allows freedom in number of days
worked (0-5 days a week) and the ability to select specific
schools.
We interview for all positions at all times. These positions
include:
Manager (8 hours) Assistant Manager (7 to 8 hours) Manager Trainee (7 to 8 hours) Cook (4 to 8 hours) Cashier (4 to 8 hours) Helper / Server (4 to 7 hours)
