RRPS Report Card 2004-2005 (results from 2003-2004 testing):
Every year, in accordance with state statutes, local school districts are required to publish a “District Report Card.” This report card provides information on test scores for schools, the district, and the state. It also includes information on the demographic makeup of schools and the districts, on the budget, on teacher qualifications, and on the school board. Finally, the report includes the results of the annual Quality of Education Survey parents are asked to complete each school year.
The report this year is provided in a new,
concise, state-required format using data from the state’s
information system. The state’s data is consistent
with the district’s except in one area: teacher
qualifications, where there are considerable discrepancies.
We will enumerate those in an addendum to the report card.
